Piekarnia

Another day was in its path. The smell of the freshly baked breads and pastries filled the air of the small, sunlit bakery. Tending the counter was the pleasant woman, who diligently kept the bakery running in these times of war. Turmoil would not stop her from her inspiration, her duty. She knew that, in the end, all would be well.


I am absolutely fascinated by bakeries. I think it is the romantic notion of such a simple but beautiful establishment. If I had a different life, I don't think I would mind working in a small bakery, something like this [link] . There's a sense of common nobility in supplying hand-crafted food of such varieties, not to mention the many different sorts of bakeries that have flourished from the world's many differing cultures. Ah, I am in love.
